RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vorix Gym, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom, European Union and United States.


1. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it

  • unworn or unused

  • with tags attached

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


2. How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.


3. Damages, Defects or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a defective product

  • a damaged item

  • an incorrect product

please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • a replacement

  • a repair

  • a refund


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • used or worn products

  • personal care products

  • customized or personalized items

  • perishable goods

  • hazardous materials

  • flammable liquids or gases

Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

  • sale items

  • gift cards


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. request a return for the original item

  2. place a new order once your return is accepted

This ensures faster processing and product availability.


6. European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must still meet the following conditions:

  • unused and unworn

  • with tags attached

  • in original packaging

  • with proof of purchase


7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect:

  • customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • original shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

9. Lost Packages

Vorix Gym is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.


10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Vorix Gym cannot guarantee recovery of the package.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.


11. Chargeback & Abuse Prevention

To prevent fraud and abuse, Vorix Gym reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • suspected fraudulent activity

  • excessive return patterns

  • items returned damaged due to misuse

  • abuse of the return policy

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our customer support team may delay the resolution process.
